Structure Commercial sells Eastgate Shopping Center

Eric Deuillet, Scott Rose and John Hiller of Structure Commercial have sold the 101,136 SF shopping center located at the intersection of Northwest Highway and Saturn Road in Garland, Texas.   Structure Commercial had leased the center to 100% and in turn found multiple buyers before closing with The Parks Family Trust.

The center is home to Aaron’s, Texas DPS, Jumping World and multiple restaurants and retailers.  Surrounding national retailers include a 195,912 SF Walmart Supercenter, LA Fitness, Winco Foods grocery store and Ross.
