PROJECT LEASING

We don’t take the “put up a sign and wait for calls” approach; for each listing, we formulate a logical tenant mix and focus on finding those specific candidates. We have a very solid database of prospective tenants and area brokers who we will utilize when filling up this project. We also utilize a database of who will go where, whose lease is expiring nearby, the city’s support and assistance, etc.
