John Hiller joined Structure Commercial in January of 2015, where he has focused on project leasing and tenant representation. At Structure Commercial, John has worked on a diverse cross section of projects, including the leasing of multi-tenanted nationally anchored projects for multiple ownership groups. In the east Dallas market, John has brought under producing assets to near lease capacity within one year. John has demonstrated expertise in his ability to lease large unconventional spaces and understands the business impact of tenant mix dynamics. John is also actively involved in North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors and International Council of Shopping Centers.

Prior to joining Structure Commercial, John was an Associate with Wingert Real Estate Company concentrating on industrial and retail project leasing. John began his career at the S.F. Waranch Company in the property management division where he was responsible for all retail shopping centers throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, prior to transitioning to the brokerage division in 2012. John grew up in Richardson, Texas and attended the University of Arkansas.
