Structure Commercial sells iconic Cool River Property

Centurion American’s CEO Mehrdad Moayedi with yet another acquisition of the former iconic Cool River Café (former Consolidated Restaurant Operation concept) site in Las Colinas. Cool River Café was one of the most popular draws in the Las Colinas area the last 20 years with a  major bar scene, and was the favored hangout during the annual Byron Nelson golf tournament at TPC Four Seasons in Las Colinas. The location located at 1045 Hidden Ridge in Las Colinas is 20,952 SF in size on 3 acres.

Centurion American Acquisitions, LLC purchased the property from American National Bank of Texas. Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial brokered the sale.
