Adelphi Group, LTD purchased the 12,140 SF Industrial Building at 908 Dragon Street in Dallas. Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale.          

BBH Capital Investments LLC purchased the 41,178 SF Industrial Building at 2932 W. Division Street in Arlington. Troy Morgan and Brian Hanie of Structure Commercial represented the Buyer and Slater Howe of Worth Commercial represented the Seller.
