Structure Commercial brokers a 163,502 SF transaction to bring Hisun Motors Corp. to McKinney, TX Toyota isn't the only vehicle company headed for North Texas. Bob Kent with Structure Commercial has worked with Hisun Motors Corp, USA for over 4 years through each warehouse expansion, and helped them double in size every year. After a year long search for the right building, The Chinese Company announced that it will take occupancy of 310 E. University Drive in McKinney, where it will create about 80 new jobs in the next three years.

“Hisun’s growth in the United States has been so fast and we were constantly leasing more space for them. We finally agreed to work on finding them a property to buy with the ability to add onto the building and expand.” Mr. Kent says.

The 163,502-square-foot building previously was occupied by Emerson Process Management Regulator Technologies. It was acquired by the MEDC as part of a deal to develop a new global headquarters for Emerson in McKinney, which opened last year. Hisun Motors, founded in 1988, makes ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, motorcycles, generators, and injection molded parts. It’s the largest maker of such vehicles in China. The company’s products are sold at Cabela’s, Walmart, and other stores, sometimes co-branded with names such as Coleman, Massimo, and Bennche. Hisun USA opened a 250,000-square-foot service center in North Texas in 2006.
