CARROLLTON, TEXAS (April 10, 2014): New Quest Properties acquired Carrollton Town Center. Carrollton Town Center is located at the southeast corner of President George Bush Turnpike and Old Denton Road, in Carrollton, Texas.

A major redevelopment of an existing 154,000 Sf center, Carrollton Town Center will be anchored by a new 50,000 SF 99 Ranch Market grocery store and will feature extensive common-area features and contemporary storefront upgrades designed to create an exciting destination to shop and dine.
