Leases:

  1. Aladdin Rentals and Events leased 6,623 sf of retail space at 201 E. Harwood Road in Hurst.  Jake Burns and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.
  2. Mi Lindo Mexican Restaurant leased a 4,067 sf freestanding restaurant at 12675 Josey Lane in Farmers Branch.  Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the Landlord and Rodrigo Diaz of Accent CRE represented the Tenant.
  3. Texas Wellness leased 2,122 sf of office space at 4011 W. Plano Pkwy in Plano.  Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the Tenant and Michael Carmichael of Colliers represented the Landlord.

  3. Williams Chicken purchased the 2,310 freestanding restaurant at 503 E. Camp Wisdom in Duncanville.  Matt McClung of Structure Commercial negotiated the sale.
