Structure Commercial sells Iconic Sullivan's building on North Dallas Parkway

Structure Commercial and Lee & Associates sell Iconic Sullivan’s Building on Tollway in North Dallas   Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial and Nathan Denton of Lee & Associates closed a sales transaction for the 11,268 square-foot former Sullivan’s Steakhouse property located at 17795 Dallas Parkway in Dallas, Texas. They negotiated the sale between the Seller, McGray Group II and the Buyer, Hancoop @ Dallas. The deal includes a 3 story parking garage behind the building.

“After exhausting all the obvious restaurant users locally and nationally, we realized the mammoth restaurants are not being done anymore. Top, high end restaurants are going with a smaller footprint, like Neighborhood Services, so we had to look outside the obvious to find our buyer” says Mr. Deuillet. The buyer is a user who has been working with the city already to add 3 stories to the property, making it even more prominent on the Tollway. The national business is not ready to disclose their use to the market.
