Structure Commercial picked up 11 more exclusive listings totaling over 500,000 sf in October including the 163,341 sf Prestonwood Park Shopping Center, located at the NE corner of Park and Midway in Plano.  They also picked up multiple investment sale listings, 4 land listings and 10819 Composite, the 10, 742 sf freestanding building with a massive billboard on 35, that comes with the property.
