Structure Commercial brokers the sale of The Shops of Grapevine Mills

Grapevine, Texas (October 21, 2016):  An undisclosed buyer acquired The Shops of Grapevine Mills, a 26,713 SF multi-tenant retail center.  The Shops of Grapevine Mills is located at the main North entrance of Grapevine Mills Mall between Chuck-E-Cheese and Rooms-To-Go.

After leasing up the center, Eric Deuillet and Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial brokered the transaction for their Seller.  Manuel Ramon of Green Earth Realty represented the buyer.

Grapevine Mills Mall is one of the largest shopping malls in the state, featuring 15 anchor stores and over 200 specialty shops.
