Leases:

Little Caesars leased 1,422 sf at 2515 E. Rosemeade in Carrollton.  Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.

JJ Freight leased 1,376 sf of office at 235 NE Loop 820 in Hurst.  Brian Cyphers and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the transaction.

Highway 55 Burgers leased 3,600 sf of retail at 8401 Blvd. 26 in N. Richland Hills.  Jake Burns and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the Landlord and Alan Hargrove represented the Tenant in the lease negotiations.

VLB Enterprises leased 3,520 sf of retail at 4523 S. Cooper in Arlington.  Eric Deuillet and Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial negotiated the transaction.

LW Flooring leased 10,911 sf of industrial at 1600 Vantage in Carrollton.  Bob Kent of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.

Choice Solutions leased 1,781 sf of office space at 1701 Gateway Blvd. in Richardson.  Jeremy Cummings of Structure Commercial represented the tenant and James Davis of NAI Robert Lynn represented the Landlord.

Sales:

KAH, LP. Purchased the 18,367 square foot multi-tenant retail property, Cherry Creek Plaza, at 8021 Matlock Rd. in Arlington.   The Seller was represented by Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial and the Buyer was represented by Ken Wimberly of KW Net Lease Advisors.
