Structure Commercial picks up 2 more Shopping Centers

Hartman REIT assigned Structure Commercial another one of their properties.  This time it was the Cooper Street Plaza, the 127,696 square foot, three (3) building retail center at the highly desirable intersection of Cooper Street and Interstate 20 in Arlington.  Lead tenants at Cooper Street Shopping Center include: Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the United States, Office Max a leader in both business-to-business office products solutions and retail office products, America’s largest K& G Men’s Store and T.G.I Fridays.

Structure Commercial also acquired the 83,924 SF shopping Center at the NW corner of Independence and 15^th in Plano.  The neighborhood center is home to Decorator’s Warehouse, American Specialty Pharmacy, Dollar General, multiple restaurants and neighborhood specialty uses.  A complete upgrade to the center is already underway.
