PGM Signs 17K+ SF Lease in Arlington, TX
PGM of Texas, an industry leader in ethically sourced catalytic converter & metals recycling, has added its 5th location in the state of Texas with the lease of the 17,407 sf facility at 626 112th Street in Arlington, TX. Founded in 2010 in Dripping Springs, PGM continues to expand its U.S. footprint with more than twenty locations nationwide. The 2021 acquisitions of Maryland Core Inc. and Legend Smelting & Recycling have furthered PGM’s commitment to the efficient reclamation of metals that are essential to the American way of life.
PGM was represented by Rob Exline and Troy Morgan of Structure Commercial, with Michael Newsome and Adam Brown of NAI Robert Lynn representing the landlord.
