Structure brokers sale to bring Bombshells to Sapphire Bay's development

RCI Hospitality Holdings, Inc. just acquired a 2.6 acre tract located in the exciting Sapphire Bay's $1 billion mixed use development project located on the shores of Lake Ray Hubbard in Rowlett. This will be Bombshells 12th location in Texas with more under development. Bombshells Restaurant & Bar is a military themed, next- generation restaurant and sports bar, that will be a great addition to this incredible project.
