Structure Commercial sells Imperial Square Shopping Center

After taking the semi-flex building and transforming it to full retail, Structure was able to fill the center to 100% at much higher rates and sell the center at an excellent Cap Rate. Tenants include FedEx Kinkos, Mint, multiple medical uses, retail and restaurants. Global Unique Logistics Corp. purchased the 68,492 SF retail center located at 3201 – 3255 W. Airport Freeway in Irving. Eric Deuillet and Jake Burns of Structure Commercial represented the seller and Greg Nelson and Brent Bosworth of Paladin Partners represented the buyer.
