Oishii to open next location in Plano

Eric Deuillet at Structure Commercial negotiated directly with the Landlord to help Oishii find their 3rd home. Oishii continues to prove they are a favorite sushi restaurant in DFW. They opened their 2nd location, at SMU Blvd and 75, a short time before the pandemic hit. They continued to thrive with takeout and are now back to fully booked and good lunch crowds. Taking advantage of some premiere locations coming available in Plano, we found them a home in a beautiful building at The Shops at Parkwood. It is a 3,334 SF endcap with a huge wrap around patio at Parkwood and 121.

Last year, Thanh Nguyen, the chef and owner of Oishii, also opened up LaVui, a traditional Vietnamese restaurant, on Maple Avenue in Dallas.
