LTCC Properties LLC purchased the 8,168 SF Shopping Center at 2008 North Highway 121 in Bonham. Troy Morgan, CCIM of Structure Commercial represented the Buyer and Phillip Levy of Marcus and Millichap represented the Seller

LEASES:

Lamar Lotz LLC leased 40,465 SF of retail space at 1715 E. Lamar in Arlington. Troy Morgan, CCIM and Scott Rose of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.  

Sway Dance Center, LLC leased 4,000 SF of retail space at 401 W. President George Bush Hwy. in Richardson. Jeremy Cummings and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial represented the landlord and Edge Realty Partners represented the tenant.

Dr. Kenneth Killen MD leased 1,260 SF of retail space at 10300 North Central Expressway in Dallas. Rob Exline and Eric Deuillet of Structure Commercial negotiated the lease.
