Scott Rose Joins Structure Commercial

Scott Rose has joined Structure Commercial, from The Retail Connection, as an Executive Vice-President.  He is a 20-year veteran in the industry with extensive experience in project leasing. To date, Mr. Rose has closed over 800 leases and sales transactions.  Notable leases closed in 2015 include a 55,000 square-foot Burlington Coat Factory, a 23,500 square-foot Burke’s Outlet in Fort Worth, two Urban Air Trampoline Parks (30,000 square-feet each), and a 31,344 square-foot Prime Overstock Plus in Plano.

Prior to joining Structure Commercial, Rose, a University of Texas at Austin graduate, was a Senior Vice President at The Retail Connection.  He started his career at The Weitzman Group.
